I created Ja’Jaa Holistic Massage & Wellness to offer that same peace to others.

A 2-hour co-regulated session rooted in stillness, safety, and human presence. May include tea, conversation, quiet touch, or simply being held.
Fully clothed, no massage.
Begins with nervous system attunement, then shifts into therapeutic massage if/when your body is ready. The touch is sacred, not assumed.
Massage is always optional, consent-led, and clothed/draped based on your comfort.
